Pounce is the category game for people with lightning fast reflexes. Your aim is simple: grab letters and make a five-letter word.

Start by dealing out some letter cards and flipping one to reveal the category.

As soon as you think of a word that matches a letter to the category, shout it out and grab the letter.

The other players now race to match the remaining letters. If you’re the slowest, all the letters will have gone. Better luck next round. 

Keep playing until a player can make a five-letter word with their letters and win the game!
