Shipping policy

Domestic shipping

We offer free priority shipping in Switzerland and Liechtenstein for all orders above CHF 50.00. For orders below CHF 50.00, we charge CHF 9.50 for shipping.

Alternatively, take advantage of our free click-and-collect / pick-up service - with no minimum order value and absolutely no shipping fees. Just select your preferred pick-up location at checkout, and we’ll have your order ready for collection within 2 hours during our opening hours (or within 2-4 days if the item needs to be transferred from another location).

Please note that if your order contains in-stock and back-ordered items, they will be shipped together in one shipment. If you want to receive in-stock items earlier, you need to make separate orders.

International shipping

We have temporarily suspended international shipping owing to challenges encountered with postal services and incidents of lost parcels. If you wish to be notified when we resume international shipping, please subscribe to our newsletter.

Please note that all international orders placed before the suspension will be fulfilled regularly.
