The player who grows the most bamboo by cleverly managing their plots and satisfying the panda’s delicate appetite—while outmaneuvering the others—wins the game. Grow your bamboo and use the panda to disrupt your opponents and improve your own garden!

This edition also includes the Takenoko Chibis expansion, which adds Miss Panda, a new figure in the imperial bamboo garden. She enters the game when a specific tile is placed, moves in a similar way to the panda, and allows you to gain baby panda tokens when she meets the panda on the same tile after a move. It’s so adorable that it earns you points and triggers special effects!
