“Join the Interplanetary Alliance,” they said. “Do something meaningful and help the IPA keep Galactic Peace,” they said. “Great adventures await you,” they said… But if someone had told us beforehand that we’d have to serve on the Unity and save the galaxy with this piece of junk, we might have decided otherwise…

With Spaceship Unity your home becomes a spaceship, because unlike other (board) games, players don’t just sit at the table moving pawns around. Instead, it requires your full physical involvement! As recruits of the IPA, the Interplanetary Alliance, players experience an extraordinary story full of action and adventure and must pilot their own spaceship. For example, the range hood becomes a jet engine, the shutter a protective shield, or the bookshelf a diplomatic database, and much more!

In Spaceship Unity – Season 1.1 the focus is on the story. Like a TV series, the narrative unfolds over several episodes (five in this case). These are each divided into several chapters, of which the players will never see all. There is no clear winning or losing. Just like in real life, the story always continues, regardless of how the crew performs. But that doesn’t mean the tasks should be taken lightly; after all, the players are the last hope for Galactic Peace, and the course of history changes for better or worse depending on the success or failure of the game session.

Spaceship Unity will continue in 2023 with Season 1.2.
