The Easterlings are among the most fanatical followers of the Dark Lord and also among the best equipped. Unlike the countless Orcs that pour from the Black Gate, the Easterlings are well-trained and disciplined warriors who fight with great zeal for Sauron, whom they worship as a vengeful deity. From childhood, Easterlings are schooled in the art of war, and women fight as equals alongside the men, for in Rhûn everyone is prepared to march into battle for the Dark Lord. The Easterlings fight in deadly phalanxes, and the forest of their sharp blades is nearly impenetrable. Only a very foolish commander would send his warriors head-on into a block of Easterlings.

This plastic set contains 54 components with which to build 20 Easterling Warriors: 8 with sword and shield, 8 with bow, and 4 with spear and shield. The set includes 20 25mm round bases. These miniatures are supplied unpainted and require assembly. We recommend using Citadel Plastic Glue and Citadel paints.
